Equity-in-Action Leadership Coaching

ATAPE Group, LLC provides leadership coaching to school and organizational leaders.  This work includes supporting schools and districts in their work to become schools in good standing; supporting leaders in aligning their effort and programs to result in improved student achievement and supporting schools and organizations to develop an equity focus and related programming. We pride ourselves on providing empowering support to leaders building upon what is working and the unique talents and aspirations of each leader.

Our Approach

Our leadership coaching begins with a discussion and collaborative review of strengths and capacity needs of leadership, students and faculty/staff and the school/organization at large. Then, we develop targeted goals and an action plan to build leadership and organizational capacity.  Consistent and focused visits include thought partnership, coaching, supportive walkthroughs and action plan accountability.  All leadership coaching plans are co-created and individualized for each client.
